One word summary:
Notes: Pills did not provide entire pain relief today, pain was strong despite it. Not unbearable, but distracting and noticeable. Sweeping the floors sent low back into spasms that left me gasping and doubled over. Sex helped with mood and energy levels for a while, but still struggled with depression the whole day.
